Learning & Development consulting for Canada
TIT-Master B.V. partners with organisations across Canada to design capability frameworks, enablement playbooks, and outcome‑based training programs. Strategy first, then materials and facilitation that hold up in day‑to‑day operations.
Consulting approach
Our consulting work focuses on practical enablement. We start with a learning needs analysis (LNA) tied to your OKRs, risk profile, and compliance obligations. That analysis produces a clear capability model and an evidence plan aligned to Kirkpatrick Levels 2–4, so improvements can be observed in behaviour and performance, not only in surveys.
From there we design modules, rubrics, and facilitator guidance that your Subject Matter Experts can use confidently. Materials are written for transfer: scaffolded practice, spaced repetition, and realistic scenarios sourced from your operations wiki and SOPs. We document governance and cadence, because change sticks when reinforcement, peer coaching, and manager checkpoints are scheduled and easy to run.
Engagements are time‑boxed and transparent. You receive version‑controlled source files, a playbook for rollout, and a metrics dashboard specification your analytics team can implement. The result is a training system that works the same way across sites and shifts—methodical, measurable, and sustainable.
Capabilities
Select a focused workstream or combine several into a full enablement program. All deliverables are ready to operationalise across Canadian teams.
Capability frameworks
Role‑based competency matrices with behavioural indicators, practice tasks, and evidence sources. Mapped to onboarding gates and CPD hours for transparent progression.
- Level descriptors tied to observable behaviours
- Assessment rubrics and manager checklists
- Alignment with Bloom’s taxonomy for depth
Curriculum design
Modular curricula with facilitator notes, exercises, and job aids. Built for online live, hybrid, and asynchronous delivery.
Playbooks & SOPs
Enablement playbooks, SOPs, and templates that translate policy into daily action with crisp checklists.
Reinforcement
- Manager huddles
- Peer coaching
- Nudges
- Job aids
Measurement & evaluation
Evidence plans, dashboards, and data definitions for adoption, quality checkpoints, and time‑to‑proficiency.
How a consulting engagement works
Clear phases with decision points and artefacts you can reuse. Every step is documented and time‑boxed to maintain momentum across regions and shifts.
Discovery & LNA
Stakeholder interviews, artefact reviews, and data sampling to align outcomes, risks, and constraints. Outputs: LNA summary and success metrics.
Design & build
Frameworks, curricula, and enablement assets produced in sprints. Pilot with a small cohort and refine based on observable behaviour.
Rollout & reinforcement
Launch with playbooks, facilitator briefs, and a 30–60–90 day reinforcement plan. Define what managers check and when.
Typical deliverables
A concise set of artefacts ensures smooth handover to your internal team and consistency across provinces and territories.
| Deliverable | Description | Format | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| LNA summary | Findings, risks, audiences, and success metrics mapped to OKRs. | PDF + source | Week 2 |
| Capability framework | Competency matrix, level descriptors, and evidence plan. | Sheets + PDF | Week 3 |
| Curriculum pack | Lesson plans, exercises, facilitator notes, and job aids. | Slides + Docs | Weeks 4–6 |
| Rollout playbook | Who does what, when—communications, checkpoints, and risks. | Doc + checklist | Pre‑launch |
| Measurement spec | KPIs, data definitions, and dashboard wireframe. | Spec + JSON | Pre‑launch |
Selected consulting outcomes
Brief, verifiable outcomes with clear before/after metrics from Canadian organisations.
Capability framework adoption
Problem: teams in three provinces used different checklists, creating rework. Approach: a unified competency matrix, role guides, and a manager huddle script. Outcome: 89% of teams adopted the common rubric within 60 days; escalations related to handoff clarity dropped by 27%.

Time‑to‑proficiency reduction
Problem: new analysts needed 12+ weeks to reach quality thresholds. Approach: redesigned curriculum with spaced repetition and scenario‑based practice, plus a 30–60–90 reinforcement cadence. Outcome: median time‑to‑proficiency reduced to 8 weeks and QA rework declined by 19%.
