Programs and curriculum tracks
Structured learning paths designed for measurable transfer to the job. Each program pairs concise theory with deliberate practice, Canadian context, and clear artefacts you can use the next workday.
Program catalogue
TIT-Master B.V. offers cohort programs and workshops built around applied scenarios common in Canadian organisations. Tracks are modular: combine core modules with optional deep dives, then add a 30‑day reinforcement cadence to secure behaviour change. Content aligns to practical frameworks—RAID, RACI, SMART metrics, and lightweight retrospectives—so teams can adopt shared language quickly.
All programs are facilitated live online with collaborative tools and breakout practice. Materials include facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and job aids. Typical cohorts run 12–25 participants; private company cohorts are available on request. Certificates of completion document learning hours and outcomes for CPD logs.
